All of our material is 100% made and sourced in the USA. Our beds are constructed at one of our six US facilities.
WHAT IS THE SANITIZED® HYGIENE TECHNOLOGY?
Sanitized® Hygiene Technology is a non-toxic OEKO-TEX certified fabric infusion, ensuring that the material is permanently protected against mold, mildew and bacterial odors.
IS THE SLEEP FRESH MATTRESS COMPATABLE WITH ADJUSTBLE BASES?
Yes, you can use the Sleep Fresh on an adjustable frame!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY SLEEP FRESH MATTRESS?
Sleep Fresh beds are handcrafted and made-to-order in the United States. We typically need 4-7 days to craft your mattress. Transit time can take 1-5 business days via UPS or FedEx.
HOW IS A SLEEP FRESH SHIPPED?
Sleep Fresh beds are compressed, rolled, and shipped in a 20" x 20" x 40" box. Our beds range in weight from 100-150 lbs. Please have help moving the larger boxes. This type of packaging allows us to give you a higher quality bed at a lower price.

No, Sleep Fresh is delivered to your door in a box ready for you to set up.

WHAT SHOULD I PUT MY SLEEP FRESH ON?
Your Sleep Fresh will feel great on traditional mattress foundations, box springs, Adjustble bed frames, and platform bed frames. You want to ensure that slats have adequate center support and that they should be no more than 4 inches apart. Foundations should have little give or flexibility. Waiting on new furniture? You can put your Sleep Fresh on the floor and start sleeping great right away.
ONCE I TAKE MY SLEEP FRESH OUT OF THE BOX, HOW LONG UNTIL IT IS READY FOR USE?
Your Sleep Fresh will spring to life in a matter of minutes. You can rest easy knowing that you can sleep on your Sleep Fresh the day it arrives.
HOW DO THE SLEEP FRESH FIRE BARRIERS WORK?
We use non toxic materials in our fire barriers for the safety of your health. We use cotton & rayon (the same materials used in clothing) which create a barrier as they melt but do not burn. These act as a thermal barrier so the internal components do not get exposed to the heat. All Sleep Fresh Beds are tested at Underwriters Laboratory, the largest testing facility in the US.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY SLEEP FRESH?
Your Sleep Fresh is a one sided mattress, which means it is a NO-FLIP bed. You can rotate it from head to toe after you have had it for about 6 months, then once a year. In order to prevent breakdown we HIGHLY recommend you protect your mattress with a waterproof mattress protector. This will keep sweat, liquids, and stains off your Sleep Fresh & keep your warranty intact.
ARE SLEEP FRESH MATTRESSES CertiPUR-US® Certified?
Yes! The foams used in our mattresses are all CertiPUR-US® certified. This means the foam has been tested to meet the CertiPUR-US® rigorous standards for emissions, content, performance, and durability. Specifically, the foam is:
Made without ozone depleters
Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants
Made without mercury, lead and heavy metals
Made without formaldehyde
Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)

ARE SLEEP FRESH MATTRESSES OEKO-TEX® CERTIFIED?
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a globally standardized, independent testing and certification system. They certify fabrics and textiles based on health and safety. The fabric used for our mattresses is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. This means that it has been tested for harmful substances and that the fabric is therefore harmless in human ecological terms. Our fabric is in the highest product class, which is Product class 1, meaning it’s safe for babies and toddlers.

HOW DO I CONDUCT A MATTRESS RETURN?
We ask that you give your Sleep Fresh a chance. It can take up to 21 days for your body to adjust to a new bed. However, you may initiate a return at any time during the 100 night trial. Please email Hello@sleepfreshbed.com for authorization. Once you have received authorization, we can help donate the bed to a local charity or we can have the mattress picked up at no expense to you. At that point we will refund you your original purchase price.
ARE STATE RECYCLING TAXES REFUNDABLE?
State required recycling taxes (required for mattresses and foundations shipped into CA, RI, and CT) are refundable for cancelled orders that have not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped and you choose to cancel or return your order, any applicable state recycling taxes cannot be refunded.
